　　During the University, he worked as a class cadre and a cadre of the student union of the University. He once interned in Minsheng Bank and served as an assistant to the customer manager of micro loan. He was familiar with the basic process of the whole loan and had the experience of strange visit and customer investigation. During the internship, he exercised his communication ability with customers, actively looked for target customers, sorted out customer data, made forms, lent to customers, signed contracts, etc.
